This commitment has become the hallmark of the rm, indicated in its slogan, Scienti c Footwear, which is re ected in his personal commitment to Research, Development, Innovation and Scienti c Sponsorship.
In this regard, in addition to its sponsorship with Atapuerca Foundation, ROBUSTA® has developed special footwear for the Hesperia international expedition to Antarctica and regularly collaborates with the Museum of Natural Sciences in Arnedo, where ROBUSTA® is located.

Calzados Robusta® is working with the Atapuerca
Foundation since 2006 after signing an agreement under which, models were speci cally developed and designed for archaeologists in this eld becoming since then the of cial supplier of the Foundation. Footwear in cowhide and desert colour, comfortable and light, to perform on a daily basis a meticulous work in chasms and caves such as Chasm of the Bones, Chasm of the Elephants or the Great Dolina, where remnants of the Europe’s oldest hominid (800,000 years) called Homo Antecessor were found.
In addition, every year an amount of money is donated to the Foundation. This donation is intended to help fund research works carried out by the Foundation in the Sierra de Atapuerca (Burgos) on the study of the origin of the rst European hominids.
